What e-mail address will the notification be sent?
E-mail notifications will be sent to your University issued e-mail address.
Can I have more than one e-mail address saved for notification?
Yes. You will need to enter into the Texan Bill Pay system, select My Profile and enter the alternate e-mail address.
When will e-mails be sent?
E-mail notifications will be sent to your University issued e-mail address, as well as the alternate e-mail address you enter in the My Profile section of the Texan Bill Pay system. E-mail information will include changes made to the student account, e-bill postings to the account, payments made to the account, activity of an authorized user, and payment plan enrollment information. These e-mail notifications will be sent as the activity happens to the account.
