Leadership Within Xi Omicron

Active leadership roles are always available. There are currently 23 leadership roles (jobs) being held by people this semester. As a pledge class you will also have leadership opportunities as pledge class officers. Active leadership roles are also available for a shorter term in the position of Project Chair. The Project Chair acts as a liaison between the Service officers and the chapter members involved in a job. In order to complete your pledging requirements you must chair one project, but don't worry… you'll get plenty of help and there are plenty of small projects for those who feel that they are not really up to it.

Ideas?

If you have any ideas for other Leadership Opportunities, feel free to contact the Vice President of Communications and Leadership Development,
Katy Thompson Phenochromosytoma@Yahoo.com
