| The Department of Agricultural Services & Development was developed to provide students the flexibility of personalized program options, partnered with the traditionally solid technical agricultural program. Through a combination of technical agriculture, problem solving and communication skills, leadership training and professional development, the curriculum prepares you for the final step in your degree plan. Our faculty provides personalized advisement and can help you plan the program that fits your career goals. The General Agriculture program option encompasses all areas of agriculture. As a general agriculture major, you will experience courses from most areas of agricultural instruction. This foundation prepares you for careers ranging from farm and ranch management to agricultural entrepreneurship. The general agriculture major also allows a student to establish theirselves in the agricultural college and possibly change to another area of study during their undergraduate experience. |
