Agricultural Economics
This degree stresses quantitative, statistical, and analytical decision-making processes of production, marketing, processing, distribution, and retailing of agricultural products. Common employment areas include the manufacturing and processing industries, financial institutions, state and federal governmental agencies, commodity groups, and farm management firms. Many students choose this option if they wish to pursue graduate studies in agricultural economics.
