  Welcome to Academic Advising Services

Academic Advising Services Is located on the lower level of the Thompson Student Center, Room 13.  We are here for all of your advising needs.  No appointment necessary.  Walk-ins are welcome. Come check us out!

     Attention New Students For Spring 2010:

• New transfer students with less than 30 transferable hours and first-time freshman students will need to complete Texan Orientation Online (TOO) prior to registering for spring courses. After successfully completing TOO, students must meet with a Faulty Advisor in Academic Advising Services (Thompson Student Center, Room 13).

• Transfer students on the Stephenville campus with more than 30 hours but less than 45 transferable hours must meet with a Faulty Advisor in Academic Advising Services (Thompson Student Center, Room 13).
• Information is also available in Academic Advising Services for all other transfer students with 30 or more transferable hours concerning where they should go for advising based on degree and campus.

           Attention Graduates:

           Spring 2010, the deadline to apply for graduation is November 15, 2009

           Summer 2010, the deadline to apply for graduation is March 10, 2010
