Brothers,

Below are mandatory questions that need to be answered in order to be considered for the selection of a big bro.  Please answer them to your fullest potential and remember you expect a lot out of me as a Junior Tribune, so I expect just as much out of you as a big brother.  Take this serious, if you need more room use the back of the paper. 

Discussion Questions for Potential Big Brothers:

• Have you ever been a big bro? If so, then to whom?

• Are you able to spend a minimum of 7 – 10 hrs a week with a lil bro?

•  Do you think you’re readily equipped to handle the responsibility of this role? (resources, knowledge, skills, etc.) If so, please state why.

• List at least 5 strengths and weaknesses you have.

•  Have you held any offices or been a minor officer (committee chair)?

• What sets you apart from everyone else that is applying for a lil bro, why should you receive one?

• What do you plan on gaining from this experience?
