Venture Apartments

Venture is comprised of 22 one and two-bedroom apartments in a unique complex that surrounds a courtyard perfect for gatherings and interaction. Rates include gas, electricity, water, basic cable, and high-speed Internet access. It is necessary for at least one of the occupants to be a registered student during the academic year and/or pre-registered for the fall semester to occupy the apartment during the summer months. Prior to applying for Venture Apartments, please contact the Residential Living & Learning office at (254)968-9083 for information about availability. Availability is limited, and there is typically a waiting list.

Furnishings

Venture Apartments are one and two bedroom apartments. Two bedroom apartments can house up to four people. One bedroom apartments can house up to two people. Each apartment is individually air-conditioned with one Ethernet connection. Each apartment does have a full-size refrigerator and oven/stove. Furnishings vary. Please contact our Texan Village Clubhouse to speak with the Residential Coordinator to discuss furniture options. Residents will be able to use the Venture Laundry facility for free.
