Saying goodbye can be hard. Join your student during the first day of Transition Week activities on Sunday, August 19. Here's what you can expect:

Move-In

Let our volunteers do all the heavy lifting while you help your student get settled in to their new home away from home. Check out the Move-In Guide for detailed information.

Passing of the Pen - 5 p.m.

Join in this special ceremony with your student and celebrate their transition into Tarleton’s community of scholars.

Transition Picnic - 6 p.m.

Spend time with your student and wind down with dinner picnic style before saying goodbye.
