About All Girl Cheer Squad
The all girl squad will be cheering at all home athletic events. They will practice two to three times per week and work out four days a week. The all girl squad will consist of 20 females. The university will purchase uniforms for the squad. This is a non scholarship team that will support the athletic department. Tarleton's All Girl squad is still new but is very talented, I am looking forward to the experience of working with these dedicated and talented athletes.
Cheerleaders
The Tarleton State University Cheerleaders pride themselves in being one of the most enthusiastic and outgoing groups at the University. They rank among Tarleton's most visible student organizations and feature a solid core of campus leaders.
The Tarleton Cheerleaders are active throughout the entire school year, attending and performing at all of the University's home athletic events while also traveling to many of the road contests. Additionally, the Tarleton Cheerleaders perform for those in attendance at the Traditions Rally, "Midnight Madness", pep rallies, and many of the homecoming activities.
