Holiday Arts and Crafts Showcase Vendor Invitation 2012
You are cordially invited to participate in this event and showcase your expertise, talents and ideas to the Tarleton State University and Stephenville community!
Exhibitor Information
- Displays must be free standing (spaces are about 7’ x 7’)
- One (5’ x 3’) table available per booth
- 1 chair per space
- Limit 2 spaces per exhibitor
- Cost is $40.00 per space
- Limited table space with electricity
- Temperature controlled space
- Load-in starts at 7:00 am on day of event
- You may provide your own door prizes!
Registration
Space is limited and paid reservations are on a first come, first served basis. Complete the attached vendor registration form and mail along with your non-refundable fee (check or money order, no cash) to:

Registration deadline is Friday, November 2, 2012.
Confirmation packets will be mailed to all participating vendors by the end of November.
