The Student Success Collaborative (SSC) system is an online tool to connect students to faculty, staff, and campus resources. Through this tool, users can raise early alerts for students, view the progress for groups of students, create a kiosk system, initiate proactive advising campaigns, and innovatively help students graduate in a timely manner.

This software is a collaborative effort between Student Success and Multicultural Initiatives and numerous offices at Tarleton State University.

Students

Through the SSC@Tarleton system, you can:

  • Access and print your schedule-at-a-glance
  • Email your Academic Advising Center advisor and/or your faculty members
  • View your tutoring and supplemental instruction calendars

Faculty

Through the SSC@Tarleton system, you can:

  • Raise early alerts for students in your classes without logging into the system
  • Take digital attendance
  • Create events for students in your classroom and remind them of the event via email/text.
  • Send proactive email messages to your students.

Staff

Through the SSC@Tarleton system, you can:

  • Create customized lists for students (mentoring, etc.)
  • Conduct appointment campaigns
  • Schedule advising appointments
  • Respond to caseloads on early alert referrals
  • Send proactive emails to your students

All faculty will need to complete a short training before accessing the SSC@Tarleton tool.
