Mrs. Archer, who died at the age of 83, was a private individual who had little formal education and worked hard for what she achieved in life. Mrs. Archer appreciated the financial and moral support she had received from her family throughout her life and felt it was important to set up a system to provide support for young people seeking educational opportunities. |

Former recipients must maintain a cumulative 2.0 GPA and enroll full-time. Recipients must be undergraduate students. |
