The recipient shall show leadership qualities, including participation in student activities and/or part-time employment, actively working to financially supplement their education in order to pursue his or her collegiate studies. Preference should be give first to ROTC students meeting the above criteria, then to other eligible students meeting required criteria. |

Upper division TSU student recipients must have completed 60 or more semester credit hours (minimum of 30 at TSU), demonstrate why deserving of scholarship and how educational goals relate to career objectives. |
