Tarleton summer commencement set for Aug. 13

STEPHENVILLE, Texas—Summer commencement exercises at Tarleton State University will be held on Saturday, Aug. 13. Approximately 400 graduates will receive diplomas.
The Colleges of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences, Business Administration and Student Success will conduct their graduation ceremonies at 10:30 a.m. The Colleges of Education, Liberal and Fine Arts and Science and Technology will conduct their graduation ceremonies at 1 p.m.
Both programs will be held in Wisdom Gymnasium in the Health and Physical Education Complex on campus. Dr. F. Dominic Dottavio, president of Tarleton, will serve as presiding officer for both ceremonies.
Tarleton will award 284 undergraduate and 126 graduate degrees during the two ceremonies.
Master’s Hooding ceremonies for all graduate degree candidates have also been scheduled for Saturday, Aug. 13, at 9 a.m. in the following locations: College of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences – Joe W. Autry Agriculture Building, Room 113; College of Business Administration – Clyde H. Wells Fine Arts Center Auditorium; College of Education – Barry B. Thompson Student Center, Ballroom A; and the College of Liberal and Fine Arts and College of Science and Technology – Clyde H. Wells Fine Arts Center theater.
