Instructions for Employers

Posting your career opportunities in the Online Job Center database gives employers the opportunity to recruit Tarleton students and view resumes 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We provide this service to employers at no cost.

New Users

• Click New Employers
•Enter your company information into the database, then click next
• Click on Post a Job or Search Resumes
• Click on Add new job listing or fill out search information

Current Users (If you have already signed up for access)

•Click on Employer Login
•Enter email address and password, login
• Click on Post a Job or Search Resumes

The job announcement will remain in the system for 2 months, unless Career Services is otherwise notified.
