The Department of Fine Arts is proud to present the Second Annual Tarleton Invitational Band Festival on March 29 - 20, 2012.  This year's guest artist is Frank Ticheli.  The festival will feature bands from all over Texas and will culminate in a concert featuring Tarleton's Wind Ensemble with Frank Ticheli.
