Lessons @ Lunch

Come join us Tuesday, April 16th for our third and final Lessons @ Lunch of the Spring semester to help you overcome or improve those stubborn fitness goals.  Diet, nutrition, exercise and motivation will be the topics of these programs offered throughout the Spring. Classes are free and start at noon in room 105 of the Recreational Sports facility. Bring your lunch!
