Come join us Thursday, November 29th for our third and final Lessons @ Lunch of the Fall semester to help you overcome or improve those stubborn fitness goals.  Diet, nutrition, exercise and motivation will be the topics of these programs offered throughout the Fall. Classes are free and start at noon in room 105 of the Recreational Sports facility
