Business Etiquette Dinner

Date: Thursday, April 11, 2013

Time: 6:00pm-8:30pm

Ever wonder “Which fork do I use first?” Be prepared for that lunch or dinner interview with confidence in your dining etiquette. Dining etiquette can be critical to career and job search success! Employers want to see you in social situations to see how you conduct yourself, particularly if the job you want requires a certain standard of conduct with clients and superiors. On a practical level, interviews that last for several hours extend through mealtimes, and the employer is gracious to host you for breakfast, lunch and/or dinner. The meal is a time to visit and interact, and this is always more important than the function of eating. Come spend a delightful evening of fun mixed with learning as you hone your social skills at the “mocktail” gathering before sitting down to a five-course meal.
