Group X and Texan Fit Session II: March 18th - April 26th 

Group X offers a selection of classes to help participants establish regular healthy exercise habits. Offering over 20 classes per week, there is a class or two that meets your specific needs. You can come to as many classes a week as you wish. Group X is a fee based program.

Texan Fit is a form of physical training using body weight exercises, gymnastic exercises, Olympic/heavy lifting and more. An important part of Texan Fit is universal scalability. This means we will scale the workout to suit your fitness level so you can still take part and work hard. Texan Fit is a fee based program.

Group X and Texan Fit classes are offered on a first come, first served basis. Spaces are limited.
