Tarleton’s Responsibilities

Tarleton State University shall provide information to
employees on the hazards of chemicals they work
with or may be exposed to and how they can
protect themselves from these hazards.

Tarleton State University shall make this information
available by compiling chemical inventory lists,
by conducting training programs, by maintaining
MSDS files, and by properly labeling containers.
