Official Transmittal Form - records approval signatures during Tarleton's internal approval process. For help filling out all the information, contact the Office of Sponsored Projects. After obtaining the first approval signature (the Principal Investigator's Dean or Vice President), put the transmittal form on top of the proposal or application and take the whole package to the Office of Sponsored Projects to begin the internal review process.

University Research Committee (URC) Grant Application Form and Budget Worksheet - used to apply for funding from the University Research Committee. For information about the URC grant program, see the Program Guidelines. For help completing the application process, contact the Chairman of the University Research Committee. The application deadline for 2009-2010 academic year funding is September 4, 2009.
