Transcripts By Mail
Stephenville, Southwest Metroplex, Online, and Waco campuses
Students attending the Stephenville, Southwest Metroplex, Online, or Waco campuses may request an official Tarleton State University transcript by completing the Transcript Request Form and submitting it to the following mailing address:

If you wish to check the status of a previously mailed transcript request, you may contact the Registrar's Office at 254-968-9121 or by email at registrar@tarleton.edu.
Payment for Transcripts: There is no charge for transcripts sent by regular mail. If you would like your transcript to be mailed other than regular mail, Tarleton State University offers UPS Next Day Air, U.S. Postal Service Express Mail, and U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail. Prices for these services are listed on the Transcript Request Form. Preferred payment methods are by check, Money Order, Discover, Visa, or Mastercard.
