Official Transcript Information
An official transcript is a comprehensive record of a student's academic progress at Tarleton State University. The Registrar's Office at Tarleton State University produces only official transcripts. Students needing an unofficial transcript may print one from DuckTrax by logging into myGateway. If you do not have access to myGateway or DuckTrax, please contact the Registrar's office at 254-968-9121 to see if this option is available to you.
All obligations to the University must be cleared before transcripts may be released.
How to order a Transcript
- Option #1: Online (TranscriptPlus System)
Please note that student academic records for Killeen students or for those prior to Fall 1987 will not be available through the TranscriptPlus System. Please review the other options available for requesting an official Tarleton State University transcript. - Option #2: By Mail
