Preliminary Course Schedule

It is the goal of the Registrar's Office to assist our academic departments in preparing the class schedule and provide our students with accurate course offerings.  It is important that the academic departments submit their preliminary course schedule changes by the deadline to ensure an accurate class schedule is published for our students in a timely and efficient manner prior to registration.

Important Deadlines For Summer 2012 Schedule Rounds

Department heads or their designee may review rounds 1 & 2 of the preliminary schedule through Texan Facts the day after changes have been made by the Registrar's Office.  Department heads should carefully review, in detail, their class schedule during rounds 1 & 2 to ensure all major changes have been updated prior to round 3 being made available to their college dean. 

College Deans or their designee may review round 3 of the preliminary schedule through Texan Facts the day after changes have been made by the Registrar's Office.  Round 3 of the preliminary course schedule is the final review and should include only minor changes before being published.

The Summer 2012 class schedule is due to be published on MARCH 19, 2012.  Official registration for summer 2012 begins Monday, April 2, 2012.  Honors students are eligible to register Friday, March 30, 2012.  Submit all changes to the class schedule by the appropriate deadline to Lori Algood at algood@tarleton.edu to ensure correct course listings.
