Wellness Series: Lessons @ Lunch

Wellness Workshops will be offered this year to help you overcome or improve those stubborn fitness goals.  Diet, Nutrition, Exercise and Motivation will be the topics of these programs offered throughout the Fall and Spring.  Dates for the Fall and Spring semesters are listed below; specific topics will be announced soon.  All classes will start at noon in Campus Recreation Room 105.
