Request for Attendance by the President

To assist the president in serving your needs and representing Tarleton in the most productive way, please complete this briefing sheet as an invitation to participate at an event or meeting.

Before an event can be scheduled on the president's calendar, this form must be filled out completely and electronically submitted, preferably with a minimum of 3 weeks prior to the event date.

While the president openly accepts the vast majority of invitations that are requested, frequent declines to invitations due to calendar conflicts are possible. The President's Office attempts to accommodate most requests that support the mission of the university and appreciates your patience with the president's complex calendar.
