Recruits
A Recruit is an individual who wants to be a part of one of the most prestigious organizations on campus. A Recruit will be expected to know the traditions on campus, along with other information that is important to the organization. Although recruits are not Plowboys, the campus still sees you as Plowboys. Therefore, a recruit must conduct himself in a way that will not reflect negatively on the organization or university.
To Recruit for the Plowboys, you must be a full time student and maintain at least a 2.15 GPA. The recruiting process lasts for two semesters and you must attend at least one of the first open meetings to sign up. Anyone interested in recruiting should feel free to talk to any Plowboy they see.
Meetings will be held on Tuesdays at 5:15pm at a location TBD. After the third meeting, recruitment is closed and you will become an official recruit.
Recruiting for the Plowboys is a life changing decision. While recruiting for the Plowboys, you will build relationships with those around you that will last a life time. No other organizations' members care for each other like the Plowboys. Every Plowboy is a brother for the simple fact that no matter how old the member or alumni is, we all went through it at one time.
