SUmmer Practicum/Internship Applications Are Now Due!

Summer 2012 Practicum/Internship Applications are due by April 1, 2012.  Along with the application, please submit your Course Verification Form, and Proof of Insurance.  All paperwork is to be mailed to Department of Psychology and Counseling, Box T0820, Stephenville, TX  76402.

Forms may also be faxed to 254-968-1991.
