Selection Criteria

Students who apply for the program are interviewed and selected by a committee of students and staff. Selection is based upon:

• Leadership potential or demonstrated leadership ability
  
  
• Interest in campus organizations and group leadership
  
  
• Commitment and desire to be a leader both academically and on campus
  
  
• Commitment to community service and volunteerism
  
  
• Expressed commitment to personal and professional growth
