Tool Options: myGateway or ducktrax

Tarleton State University has two options available to students for accessing registration, grades, financial aid status, Texan Bill Pay, transcripts, and more. Choose the option that works for you.

1. Use the MyGateway portal If you know your ST_ username and password, you can login to the new MyGateway portal to register. See the video tutorial below for more information. Other Help: DuckTrax Web Self-Service Instructions Thru MyGateway

2. Classic Option: Use Ducktrax Login to Ducktrax using your nine digit UID and six-digit pin. DuckTrax Web Self-Service Instructions

Access to registration and other student record tools is now located inside myGateway.

The MyGateway link is located at the top right of the university homepage.

You will log-in to MyGateway with your existing network username and password. 

Click on the Student tab, and you will find a link to Ducktrax, as well as channels containing direct access to various Ducktrax resources, such as Texan Bill Pay, Registration, student grades, and Academic Profile. 

Before you register, be sure to first retrieve the correct information for the classes in which you would like to enroll by looking under the “Look Up Classes” link under the Registration Tools channel OR under the course schedule from the university homepage.

When you are ready, you may then click the “Add or Drop Classes” link to get to the registration page.
