Campus Designation Appeal

Students who wish to have their University of Graduation reviewed for a change from Texas A&M University-Central Texas to Tarleton State University or vice versa will need to complete the "University Graduation Designation Form" and submit it to the designated offices stated at the bottom of the form.

Current Tarleton State University students will need to submit their form to the Office of the Registrar, attention Aleisha Taylor.  Current TAMU-CT students will need to submit their form to the Registrar's Office at the main campus in Killeen.

Please keep in mind that this form is a request for a review only, and does not guarantee a change of your university graduation designation.  Final decisions on requests for review will be made by an individual designated for each of the two universities.
