We’ll be mailing out the KTRL coffee mugs shortly, but feel free to pick them up now in the Math Building, room 138.

About KTRL
- KTRL's mission is to extend the reach and expand the the horizon of Tarleton State University by informing, enriching and engaging its audience through radio and other media to enhance civic and cultural connections, to strengthen communities, and to reflect its listeners' sense of place.
- KTRL is partnered with you and with KAMU-FM, Texas A&M's public radio station in College Station, to bring you the best in NPR news, classical and jazz programming. This allows KTRL to serve a large number of people in the Cross Timbers that do not have access to the quality programming from National Public Radio (NPR) that many people rely on for news and information.

- KTRL has a small staff that includes students from Tarleton State that you will hear occasionally on the air in addition to the voices from KAMU-FM.
- KTRL 90.5 FM covers a 10-county area of the Cross Timbers from our transmitter located between Stephenville and Granbury, with our strongest signal available in Stephenville, Granbury, Glen Rose, Hico and Dublin, covering about 100,000 people in this area, with over 200,000 people in our full coverage area indicated by the middle circle on the map below.
