There are benefits to living on campus

Requirements

All "First Time Freshman" students who are under 21 years of age, prior to the start of his/her registered semester, are required to live on-campus for 2 (two) Academic Years and complete any applicable academic year Housing Contract. Transfer students who are under 21 years of age, prior to the start of his/her registered semester with less than 12 credit hours are required  to live on-campus for 2 (two) Academic Years and complete any applicable academic year Housing Contract. Transfer students who are under 21 years of age, prior to the start of his/her registered semester with 12 credit hours or more are required to live on-campus for 1 (one) Academic Year and complete any applicable academic year Housing Contract.
