The Greek community has become one of the largest and most active groups on campus with numerous opportunities to hold influential leadership positions.Collectively, thousands of community service hours and thousands of dollars are contributed annually to local and national philanthropy projects.

The National Panhellenic Conference (NPC) is the national coordinating body of 26 all-women sororities. InterGreek Council (IGC) is the governing body of all special interests fraternities and sororities at Tarleton State University. Member organizations include service, religious and multicultural fraternities and sororities.
