INCLEMENT WEATHER PLANS

Should inclement weather cause an interruption in the May 12, 2012 Commencement Program at the Memorial Stadium then the following action plan will be implemented:

Graduates and guests will be directed to the location as listed below for each academic college.  No tickets will be required.  A 30-minute break will be needed for the changing of locations. The commencement program will continue from the point of interruption.  If all students from an academic college have been recognized at the time of the weather interruption, the college would not meet in an alternative location.  The location for each Academic College is listed below.  Please note we will go to these locations only in the event of a weather interruption in the regular commencement ceremony.

Locations for Weather Interrupted Ceremonies:

• College of Education (COE)

    Relocate to the Sports Recreation Center

• College of Business Administration (COBA)

    Relocate to Small Gym (Volleyball area in Wisdom Gym)

• College of Agriculture and Environmental Sciences (COAES)

    Relocate to the Small Gym (Volleyball area in Wisdom Gym)

• College of Liberal and Fine Arts (COLFA)

    Relocate to the Clyde Wells Fine Arts Auditorium

• College of Science and Technology (COST)

    Relocate to the Sports Recreation Center
