Undergraduate Students

All undergraduate students must complete the online graduation application through self-service in myGateway. Please review the important deadlines below in regards to participating in graduation ceremonies.  Please contact Heather Carrigan in the Registrar's Office at 254-968-9233 or hcarrigan@tarleton.edu with any questions regarding this process.

May 2012 Commencement Ceremony

Graduation applications for May 2012 Commencement will be accepted from November 7, 2011 - January 19, 2012 by 11:59 PM to ensure participation in the graduation ceremony.  This application will be submitted online through student self service in myGateway.  Candidates who apply by this deadline will be able to "walk"/participate in the May 2012 graduation ceremony.

Students that do not submit an application by the January 19, 2011, 11:59 PM deadlinewill not be allowed to participate in the commencement ceremony.  Students may still apply for conferral only (cannot participate in the ceremony) from January 20, 2012-May 7, 2012.  Students that do not apply for graduation will not be awarded a degree.  A graduation application fee of $35 will be applied at application time.

Students may check to see if they have filed for graduation and if their application has been processed by visiting myGateway and viewing their unofficial transcript, where it will say "Pending" in the Degrees Awarded block.

Masters Candidates
