Night Out at the Opera House featuring Hell's Heroes

Saddle up and head on over to the W.K. Gordon Center for a Night Out at the Opera House. This month's film will be the 1930 western film, Hell's Heroes, on December 7th at 6:00 PM. Set in the town of New Jerusalem, three cowboys must risk their lives to save an abandoned baby and it all ends on Christmas day. This is a free public program. Doors will open at 5:30 PM and the film will begin at 6:00 PM.
A 600 seat opera house once stood in downtown Thurber. During the 1920's to the the 1930's, the Opera House began showing films. The Night Out at the Opera House program features silent and black and white films from this time period. Films are shown in the W.K. Gordon Center's recreated Opera House.
