Tarleton-Fort Worth serves 1,600 students in more than 40 undergraduate, graduate and certificate programs.
Exciting fields like nursing, criminal justice, psychology, social work, education, business and computer information systems are among the many programs offered. Classes are offered evenings, days, weekends and online – convenient for a diverse population of working adults.
The medical technology programs, from associate’s to master’s degrees, are located at the Schaefer Building on Enderly Place convenient to Fort Worth’s medical district. Established in the 1970s, Tarleton’s medical laboratory sciences programs are among the best in the nation and prepare students for well-paying and prestigious positions in medical laboratory settings.
Tarleton-Fort Worth provides a full complement of student services and advising, including financial aid, scholarships and career services.
All programs are fully accredited and most are based at the Hickman Building at 6777 Camp Bowie Blvd. Undergraduate students must have completed at least 30 transferable credit hours with a 2.0 grade point average and be TSI complete.
A new campus is planned along the Chisholm Trail Tollway, with an anticipated opening by 2019. The Walton Group of Companies donated 80 acres and the Texas legislature has authorized $39.6 million in bond revenue to build the first building.
Admission to the off campus locations such as Fort Worth, Midlothian, Waco, Weatherford and Online require a minimum of 30 transferable credit hours and a 2.0 GPA and that a student be TSI complete.
