I was in the military from 2003 to 2007 and I got out and I started roughly a year later, and they were more than willing to accept credit that I had earned through the military to put towards my degree so that I could graduate faster.
The professors here at Tarleton brought in their own personal experiences that helped correlate with the business environment, and its been more than beneficial for students that are preparing to go out into the full time environment. They are learning past experiences from professors who have actually been there and done that.
