Hubert A. Bahr obtained his Ph.D. In Computer Engineering from the University of Central Forida (UCF) in 2004, his MsCpE from UCF in 1994. His Professional Engineering License from Oklahoma in 1977 and his BSE from the University of Oklahoma in 1972. He is a Senior Member of IEEE and a Member of ACM.
