Students with an interest in preparing for a career in information technology (IT) who have documented business-related training and work experience.
Program Summary
The Bachelor of Applied Arts and Sciences (BAAS) degree is intended primarily for persons who have a significant amount of technical/vocational training coupled with work experience and need to earn a four-year bachelor's degree in order to advance in their careers. Other types of training may qualify in the technical/vocational area such as courses of study taken as part of law enforcement or military training. These alternative types of technical/vocational training are evaluated by our staff on a case-by-case basis.
36 Hour
Program
The BAAS in Information Technology requires 120 credit hours to complete the degree. Up to 33 semester credit hours will be awarded for technical/vocational training, coupled with work experience.
This includes at least 42 transferred credit hours of coursework, including core requirements
Estimated Time of Completion
The BAAS Online may be completed in as little as 24 months.
