PREM Events Lab: Margarita Ball
THE 22nd ANNUAL MARGARITA BALL is next on the calendar for Legendary Weddings and Special Events. Benefiting Children's Charities of Fort Worth, the ball occurs on Saturday, 11/13, from 8:00 p.m. until 12:00 a.m. The event is by invitation only and admission is one new, unwrapped $35 toy per person (no one under 21 admitted to the ballroom). Students in the Event Planning & Management class will work on decorations, silent-auction setup and management, admission to the event, checkout after the auctions close, post-ball breakdown, post-auction sales, and toy sorting for distribution to needy children in the region.
