My Financial Aid

How to look up your Financial Aid Information Online:

Login Instructions (please read before selecting "Look up your Financial Aid Information" )

1. Click on "Enter DuckTrax (Web Self Service)"
2. Enter your User ID (SSN or SID) and PIN ( for first login, your PIN is your birth date MMDDYY )
3. Click on "Financial Aid"

Next choose from the following:

   For award information:

1. Click on "Award"
2. Click on "Accept Award Offer"
3. Select "Award Year"
4. Accept Award

   For documents that are needed:

1. Click on "Eligibility"
2. Click on "Student Requirements" (this will list what documents the office needs from the student to complete the financial aid file before the award is packaged).

Previous TSU Stafford Loan Borrowers

Once you accept your loan on the Web, your loan will be processed automatically with your previous lender.

New Stafford Loan Borrowers

If you accept your loan, you will receive instructions at a later date from The Texas Guaranteed Student Loan Corporation directing you to a website to complete the steps necessary for processing and guaranteeing your loan.
