Selection Criteria: The recipient of the “Texas A&M University-Central Texas Soldier Excellence Scholarship” shall be a student enrolled at Texas A&M University-Central Texas and a recipient of the Soldier Excellence Award awarded by the Fort Hood Education Center.
Selection Procedure: Recipient(s) shall be selected for the “Texas A&M University-Central Texas Soldier Excellence Scholarship” by the Fort Hood Education Center. In the event this Committee no longer exists, the Texas A&M-Central Texas Scholarship Committee shall serve as the committee.
