598-1 Research Analysis. (1-0)

An overview of the components of research in the main areas of mathematics. These areas will include pure mathematics and statics, applied mathematics and statistics, and mathematics education. The course will culminate with a study of what is a proper literary review and how to submit an article for publication.

Prerequisite Course(s):
Graduate standing in the mathematics department or approval of the department head.
