202-3 Dairying. (2-2)

(TCCNS=AGRI 1311) A survey of the dairy industry, dairy breeds, standards for selecting and culling, herd replacements, feeding, management, and health maintenance.  The food value, composition and quality, utilization, and processing of market milk and dairy products will be discussed.  Credit for both DS 202 and ANSC 202 will not be awarded.  Lab fee $8.
