331-3 Advanced Equine Assisted Therapy. (1-4)
Advanced studies in the use of the horse in a therapeutic riding program. Students will gain the hands-on experience and the information about riding, instruction and safety necessary to become a Certified Therapeutic Riding Instructor with the North American Riding for the Handicapped Association. Course fee $10.
Prerequisite Course(s):
ANSC 109: Introduction to Horse Production
ANSC 330: Equine Assisted Therapy
and approval of the instructor.
