207-3 Market Animal Evaluation. (2-2)

(TCCNS = AGRI 1325) Phenotypic evaluation of market animals including cattle, swine, and sheep. Emphasis on selection of market animals designated for slaughter. Evaluation of the economically important carcass characteristics for each species will be studied. Lab fee $12.
