203-3 Basic Horsemanship. (1-4)

Instruction and practice of basic horsemanship skills. Focus will be on the proper use of feet, seat, hands and legs to provide the horse with the correct stimulus to perform basic maneuvers. Criteria from the North American Riding for the Handicapped Association Instructor Certification Exam will be presented. Course fee $15. Lab fee $5.
